On Sunday afternoon, with Storm Ashley doing its best, Ulster Elks faced UCD at the Jordanstown Sports Village.

Elks dominated a scoreless, 1st half winning a plethora of penalty corners but unable to convert any mainly due to the outstanding work of Erika Gallagher, in the UCD nets. UCD were limited to occasional forays into the Elks half.
The 3rd quarter mirrored the 1st half, with Elks dominant but unable to capitalise on possession and territory.

The deadlock was eventually broken, in the 4th quarter, when Elks won a penalty stroke, converted by captain, Gabby Scott for Elks to lead . . .
