In the second match of a double header, played at a sunny, hot Wallace Park, Lisburn, Northern Cricket Union Women (103/4) defeated Warriors Women (99/7) by 6 wickets.
Warriors opener Millie Spence was removed by Jemma Gillan for seven runs and Gillan took two more wickets as they worked through the top order fairly quickly. Lucy Neely put up the main resistance for the visitors recording 44 not out in the 99 run total.
