Ulster Hockey heavyweights Banbridge and Lisnagarvey met in the men’s Irish Hockey Senior Cup final at Belfield, Dublin on Saturday afternoon and they served up a classic.
Garvey started on the front foot and they took the lead after 5 minutes when captain Andrew Williamson converted a penalty corner.

Banbridge pegged them back 7 minutes later with a goal from Louis Rowe which took the score to 1 – 1 at the end of Q1.
