We caught up with a busy day of girls hockey at Havelock Park as Banbridge Hockey Club hosted a Girls U11 Blitz ahead of the Girls Club U13 Regional Qualifiers.
Both the Blitz and the Qualifiers featured teams from Armagh HC, Banbridge HC, Dromore HC, Lurgan HC, Lisnagarvey HC and Portadown HC in a series of round robin games.
The Blitz took part in the morning and you can view images below.
The Regional Qualifiers started at 1.30 with a series of highly competitive games. In fact by the time I left every game was a draw.
However by the end of the competition Armagh and Portadown qualified for the Cup with Banbridge and Lurgan qualifying for the Plate at the Ulster Hockey Club Youth Finals day.
