I nipped over form Sullivan to Belmont for the lunchtime Junior 3 hocky match between CI Ladies 2XI and Ulster University Elks 3rd XI.

CI got off to the best of starts with a goal from Lucy Armstrong off a lay off by Janice Heasley but the Elks responded almost immediately with Isabel Stafford-Santana finding the net to take the score to 1- 1 with less than five minutes played.
