The Royal School Armagh were the visitors to Pirrie Park on Saturday morning to play Methodist College in the 3rd round of the Senior Schoolgirls Cup. At 9.30am, on a mild, dry, overcast morning, the floodlights were on!
Armagh settled very quickly and took the lead in the 6th minute, when an incisive, through pass found Daisy Nicholson unmarked. She made no mistake with her close range shot to put Armagh 1-0 up. It remained that way, at the end of the 1st quarter.
