I caught up with the Ulster Schools Bowl qualifying match between Antrim Grammar School and Wellington College at Steeple Road on Wednesday afternoon.
Antrim Grammar came out fired up from the off and they were soon on the scoreboard with prop Eoin Byrne battling over after 4 minutes for a converted try. Hooker James Spence burrowed over four minutes later to give the home side a 12 – 0 lead after 10 minutes.
Wellington looked for a response but they were outgunned by the home side and further tries followed as Caleb Whiteway
