Campbell College came out on top in this Schools 1st XV friendly at Gransha on Saturday morning.
The visitors enjoyed the best of the first half with tries from John Harrison and Jamie Macartney. The latter was converted by Conor Rankin who added a penalty to give Campbell a 0 – 15 lead at the break.
Bangor took the fight to Campbell in a tense second half but the Campbell defence was just too strong. A late try from Campbell’s captain John McKee rubber stamped the win for the Belfast outfit
