Ophir RFC Return to Rugby
By John McMurtry May 10, 2021
We caught up with the players at Ophir RFC as they went through their paces on Monday evening at UU Jordanstown as they prepare for their first full season of Women's Rugby
The players received some specialist coaching from Ireland Women's player Neve Jones who helped them brush up on their scrummaging technique.
We chatted to some of the players to find out what makes Opher such a great club to join.
