Membership Update

17th August 2021.

We have changed over the subscription platform to improve the subscriber experience. All previous active subscriptions have been transferred to the new system and you should be able to log in using your previous username and password.

Please try out your new membership as soon as possible. Any issues please contact us on members@thefrontrowunion.com and we will sort it out as soon as we can.

All previous subscriptions have been cancelled on PayPal and after logging in you will be able to choose if you want to renew, change or cancel you membership by visiting your membership page and you can change your profile and password here. Our new payment method is through Stripe which easily and securely accepts credit and debit card payments.

Subscribers who were on an active monthly or yearly subscription throughout the pandemic have had their expiry date amended to reflect the valuable support given to the site throughout that time.

The continuing subscriptions literally meant the difference between closing the site down or keeping going so it is a big thank you to all who kept us going.

There were a few accounts which had two different subscriptions running. We have identified these accounts and all affected will receive a refund, through PayPal, for the excess payments by the end of August 2021.

There were a few payments from the old system that went through as we were switching over the accounts so all payments made on the old system during August 2021 will be refunded, again through PayPal.

We’ve made substantial changes to the site and we will continue tidying it up throughout the coming season. You should find it a lot easier to navigate but we’ll be putting up some details on the changes throughout August so keep an eye out for them on our home page.
