The Royal School Armagh welcomed Wallace High School to College Hill on a wet and windy Saturday morning for a Medallion Shield Quarter Final tie.
Wallace High had the wind at their back for the first half and they were intent on racking up a big score before changing ends.
However, their hosts had other ideas and the visitors were restricted to a converted try, from prop Rio McDonagh, for their efforts.
The task for Wallace became even harder when Armagh worked their way upfield, and into the wind, for Cameron Dale to claim a vital try after a period of pressure on the Wallace line. Given the conditions a 5 – 7 lead for Wallace . . .
