Queen’s Pirates defeated King’s Scholars 28 – 19 in a Varsity match at the Dub, Upper Malone on Wednesday evening.

The game featured enlarged squads from QUBRFC III’s “The Pirates” and Stranmillis College.
Queen’s took the game to Scholars from kick off and a forward drive saw Pierce McLernon dive under the posts for a try, converted by Tom Martin, after 3 minutes.
The Pirates consolidated their position with tries by Florent Multon after 14 minutes . . .
