Club Women: Malone Announce New Coaching Team

Now that rugby clubs are back to training, Belfast club, Malone RFC are excited to announce a new coaching set-up for their women’s teams for the forthcoming season. Malone field two senior women’s sides with the 1st XV playing, at the highest level, in the Women’s AIL and the 2nd XV playing in the Ulster Women’s Conference.

Jamie McMullan will take on the role of head coach, Niamh McHugh comes in as defence coach and clubman Derek McCallion will assist.

McMullin has previously coached with Grosvenor RFC, Grosvenor Grammar School and Loughborough Students RFC.

He takes over at the start of what should be a challenging few seasons in the women’s game in . . .
