Medallion Shield. Belfast High 0 Ballymena Academy 41

Ballymena Academy overcame stiff resistance from Belfast High School on Saturday morning to record a 0 – 41 win in the Medallion shield.

Belfast High applied the early pressure but Ballymena broke out towards the end of the first quarter for Marshall Robinson to score under the posts for Alex McBurney to convert.

Further tries followed from Ben Fleming, Connor Drain and Daniel Rogers  in the first half with McBurney converting two to give Ballymena a 0 – 26 lead at the break.
