We’ll be taking a dip in the the Ulster Rugby Championship Division 3 this weekend with the teams a third of the way through their league campaigns.

Donaghadee have been sweeping all aside so far with the North Down side clocking eight from eight and seven of those have been with bonus points though Monaghan are poised to come up on the rails with six from eight in second place.

At the bottom end we have Ophir, with the newly promoted club still to record a win in a difficult first season in the junior leagues.
