Henderson v LeicesterUlster finally got the Mexican monkey off their back with a comprehensive 26 – 10 win against Leinster at Ravenhill on Friday night.

Ian Henderson and Craig Gilroy ran in a try in each half, the rest of the points coming from the boot of Ruan Pienaar who converted both tries and four penalties.

While the result was in little doubt for the bulk of the second half it initially appeared that the visitors would add to their formidable record against the hosts as they rushed into an early lead!

The Mexicans quickly got on the score board with a 4th minute penalty from Jimmy Gopperth which was quickly followed by a soft try for centre Ben Te’o who brushed aside a lightweight tackle 30 yards out and outpaced a confused looking . . .
