Ulster: Not all doom and gloom!

Ulster-7's

It’s not all doom and gloom for Ulster as the Ulster 7’s team (who knew) picked up the Glasgow City 7’s trophy at the weekend.

The team certainly went about it the hard way. After regulation victories in the opening rounds Ulster went behind 26 – 12 in the final against Glasgow Warriors before three tries in as many minutes gave the Ulster youngsters a 33 – 26 win.

Congratulations to John Andrews, Stuart McCloskey, Neil McComb, David McIlwaine, Mike McComish, Conor Joyce, Michael Allen, Dave Shanahan, Peter Nelson and a big tall dude in the back I don’t recognise (now been told that it is James Simpson) on bringing home the trophy.

SUFTUM . . .
