Ulster senior clubs return to All Ireland League action this weekend.

Friday night features the match of the round for local fans with 5th placed Belfast Harlequins entertaining league leaders Ballymena. Both teams had a mixed holiday period with Harlequins beating Ards in the Ulster Senior league but followed that up with a comprehensive loss to Dungannon. Ballymena secured the Ulster Senior Cup against Banbridge but lost away to City of Derry on New Year’s Eve.

It’s likely to be a close one and with no Ulster match on TV tonight it’s well worth a trip along to Deramore Park to watch this one. We’re predicting a narrow win for the home side and it should be by more than the – 3 points that Paddy Power are offering here.

Second placed Ballynahinch should be in a position on Saturday to leapfrog . . .
