It’s just over the halfway mark in the AIL and hopefully the second half will be as exciting as the first.

Match of the weekend has to be at Deramore Park on Saturday afternoon where fourth placed Quins entertain league leaders Ballynahinch. With no Ulster fixtures this weekend both teams should be at full strength and that might just give the edge to the home side though Hinch should do enough to pick up a losing bonus.

This should give Dungannon the chance to slip into top spot provided they can get all their returning stars firing and secure a bonus point win. This should be the strongest Dungannon side that Fitzpatrick has put out this season and they have had no problems scoring tries picking up six try bonus points so far this season. However they wil need to shore up their leaky defence to keep an improving UL Bohs at arms length. Dungannon to win in a high scoring match.
