There may be no Ulster match on this weekend but there should be a chance to view plenty of young Ulster talent on Friday night at Stevenson Park when Dungannon take on Ballynahinch in the Ulster Bank League in a table topping clash between the Ulster club giants!

As Ulster’s form collapsed over the last few weeks and with Jared Payne suffering a possible season ending injury the spotlight has turned on some of Dungannon’s young backs as the answer to Ulster’s prayers with Craig Gilroy, Conor Gaston and Peter Nelson all being put forward as replacements for the stricken full back. While Gilroy will be spending the season fighting it out on the wing Gaston and Nelson will be looked at and even Chris Cochrane may ghost into the reckoning for a back three spot if he can reproduce his club form at a higher level.

Hinch may be welcoming back Paddy McAllister to the front row with the Ulster prop looking to get match fitness . . .
