Come the day and come the hour…

Tuesday 24th Aug 2010 Ireland Vs USA, round two of Pool B, last bite of the cherry, a must win game if we wanted to stay in the running for top four finish as highest placed runner up.

Again on paper Ireland would have been going into this game as the underdogs having never beaten the USA and being seeded four below them in the World Rankings, however after the English game we knew that stats didn’t matter, focus, work rate and belief would determine who came out on top in this battle!

    Hi eliza how are you,delighted you got named on the wing. Cracking up we can’t see it, will be willing you over the try line. GET YOUR HEAD IN THE ZONE AND ALL THE HARD WORK WILL PAY OFF!! Loved the few days in guildford and was delighted to be there when ireland beat u.s.a.

    I was watching the Aussies and singing along to Ireland’s Call at the same time! I don’t who I am going for these days!

    I wish the Ireland game had been televised – it looked like a cracker! Lets have more of the same against Kasakhstan!!!
